  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions.
  • Prices and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling without any fee.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a charge or forfeit any deposit paid.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services, but we encourage clients to share feedback so we can make things right.
4. Payments
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash payments.
  • All prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Any promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts must be presented at the time of billing.
5. Gift Cards and Packages
  • Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
  • All gift cards and packages are valid only within their expiry date.
6. Health and Safety
  • Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.
  • Exxude reserves the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to the client or staff.
  • We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for every guest.
7. Personal Belongings

We recommend keeping valuables safe at all times. Exxude is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items during your visit.

8. Conduct

We strive to provide a calm and respectful atmosphere. Any inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of service.
